Installation is straightforward (Ender 3V2 Neo) and it appears to be well made. I had to increase the extruder steps considerably 93.0 to 140.9 to get the extruder to extrude the desired amount of filament.

De ontvangen upgrade kit is geenszins te vergelijken met de originele Redrex (gele veer). Bijvoorbeeld: de spanhendel staat scheef ten opzichte van de body omdat de geleider teveel speling heeft. Hierdoor lopen het aangedreven en vrijloop tandwiel niet volledig parallel tegen elkaar wat onmiddellijke slijtage geeft.De meegeleverde veer is eigenlijk te lang, waardoor de stelschroef eigenlijk geheel onbruikbaar is voor fijnafstelling van de druk op het filament.

After finetuning and installing it works like a charm, and is 100% more firm than the stock feeder...

Ondanks dat het van metaal is gemaakt voelt het alsnog erg fragiel aan. De spanhendel om het filament te laden heeft erg veel speling (staat scheef) waardoor de tandwielen nooit netjes parallel lopen en snel zullen gaan slijten. De stepper motor durf ik niet eens uit te testen. Alleen leuk voor een tijdelijke oplossing.

Motor en extruder sluiten niet aan, boorgaten niet diep genoeg voor boutjes. Tandwieldoorgang voor fillament is niet op zelfde hoogte te plaatsen als doorgang in behuizing.

Snelle levering. Goede doorvoer. Nette gebruikaanwijzing. Veer is aan de strakke kant. Schroefje van het doorvoerwieltje was beschadigd (kleine inbus) waardoor het lastig was vast te zetten. Was ook niet voorzien van twee schroeven zoals op het Youtube filmpje.Goede upgrade die naar behoren werkt.

Ca fait plus d'une semaine que je me battais a essayer de passer du TPU sur ma CR6-SE:-changement de l'extrudeuse d'origine pour une extrudeuse MK8, du tube pour un Capricorne XS rien n'y faisait , sous extrusion et bourrage dans le pignon de l'extrudeuse.fait une bidouille pour mettre un bout de tube entre l'extrudeuse et le pignon bourrage bref, avant de passer en direct drive j'ai voulu essayer cette extrudeuse double engrenage .:Magique .....elle a l'ugrade des 2 rondelles sur le deuxieme pignon qui evite aux dents de frotter sur l'alu et le bec d'entreé du filement en sortie d'engrenage est tres proches des galets entraineur et le filament n'a plus la place pour sortir et faire du bourrage : parfaite.il faut neamoins etre meticuleux pour le montage :- bien graisser les deux petits roulements cages dans l'axe de la partie mobile du tendeur aisin que le dessus et dessous des 2 rondelles ( attention de ne pas mettre de graisse dans les gorges d'entrainement ...)-sur la CR6 ( moteur 42-20 ) mettre la poulie fournie avec l'extrudeuse ( celle d'origine n'est bien evidement non compatible ) affleur de l'axe du moteur (il y aura un leger ajustement plus loin )-monter l'extrudeuse comme sur la notice- bien verifier que la gorge de la poulie est bien centrée avec le trou du filement de la sortie d'extrudeuse, reajuster si necessaire la hauteur de la poulie, c'est cruciale pour une bonne extrusion sans frottement)-finir le montage des autres pieces comme sur la notice .- SUr la CR6 il faut prevoir une petite plaque de rehausse du detecteur de filament car l'extrudeuse est plus haute de 6.35 mm par rapport a l'originale ou celle de la MK8.il faut aussi deux vis plus longue de 6.35 mm pour fixer le detecteur de filament.- une fois monter il faut reprendre la calibration du stepper moteur car l'extrusion est bien plus lente avec ce modele ( je suis passé de 100 a 151 en valeur de calibration estep sur le firmware community V6 )depuis dimance matin l'imprimante a imprimé une premiere grosse piece ( 13 h d'impression ) sans aucun souci de bourrage ou de sous extrusion alors que j'avais du recommencer 3 fois cette pieces sans succes , et sans compté le gachi de TPU .bref si vous avez des soucis avec le TPU sur votre CR6 n'hesitez surtout pas !!!!!!pour info, mettre un tube capricorn xs avec l'extrudeuse d'origine ou celle de la MK8 empeche vraiment de passer du TPU , c'est pire qu'avec le tube d'origine : l'extrudeuse patine ou fait du bourrage, alors qu'avec cette extrudeuse double engrenage c'est que du bonheur....-

tan pronto como recibas tu impresora, es una buena idea cambiar el extrusor original por este modelo, te ahorras dolores de cabeza

Bought this extruder for my 2020 model CR-10 after I had inconsistent extrusion and skipping on my prints from my aluminum single gear extruder and tried everything else I could think of to fix it. A few things off the top of my head:-As other reviews have pointed out, this version of the low-cost dual gear design includes washers to prevent the gears from grinding off the aluminum as they turn--this is the only one I've seen on Amazon that acknowledges that design flaw!-An issue that I HAVEN'T seen in reviews (probably because it's such an obscure upgrade) is that, while it IS compatible with the CR-10, it's not perfectly compatible with the PrinterMods direct drive upgrade right out of the box. This extruder is substantially thicker than the stock Creality one the PrinterMods upgrade is designed for, so the M3x25 screws included with that upgrade are /just/ too short to mount the motor + extruder to the printhead, and the screws you get with this package DEFINITELY aren't long enough to do the job. I'll update this review later to see how it works in action, but PrinterMods users--you WILL need to replace the two M3x25 screws you used to mount the motor to the printhead with M3x35, and I recommend adding a matching nut to ensure you can screw it all the way in. (It's overkill, but I ordered the iexcell M3 screw variety pack with the 50 nuts and five different lengths of screws--it's only ~$9 on Amazon though, so unless you found a cheaper M3x35 nut and bolt pack, that's what I can personally recommend.)-Definitely recalibrate your e-steps after you install this--in my case the included suggestion of 139 steps/mm was spot on, but it doesn't hurt to use this as a starting point for your calibration, since either way you're going to need to bump up your e-steps from stock for this kind of extruder.-If you're confused on how to install this, check out CHEP's video specifically about installing them. The included instructions are pretty vague if you haven't done extruder upgrades before, but I think that video is super easy to follow for beginners.Like I said, so far so good--after calibrating e-steps this extruder consistently extrudes the amount of filament you tell it to, has a firm grip on the filament without grinding it down or biting into it too deeply (at least with PLA--I'll see about PETG and other filaments one of these days), and shows no sign of slippage. Again, since I need to get longer screws to mount it on my particular setup, I'll update this review later to see how it works extruding hot filament proper, but if you need a solid dual gear extruder and don't want to break the bank, get THIS one!UPDATE 9/14/22: So I managed to finally get this thing mounted and tested extruding hot filament and it works beautifully! I won't knock off a star for this, but I WILL note that, for my extruder, I had to chamfer the second hole that fed the filament through the PTFE tubing a bunch since the gears didn't perfectly line up with that hole, making it so not only did I have difficulty feeding filament through, but it shaved off the filament as the extruder worked. This extruder is solid in every other aspect but this one, and while I would still certainly recommend it over other dual gear models on Amazon, I would advise having a needle file on hand just in case your hole(s) are misaligned/undersized. You get what you pay for, as they say.UPDATE: 9/23/22: After some fairly light but solid use, I can safely say that this is very likely your best budget dual gear option on Amazon right now. My only gripe that still remains is that it's finicky to actually get the filament through the gears AND to the hotend, but I imagine that's just because of my own weird setup, and I've heard that people have issues feeding filament through their stock/single-extruder setups anyways. If you're like me and you're patient (and desperate) enough to stick with it once you buy it, I still recommend getting a needle file just in case you need to widen the feed hole--after adding extra clearance it works just fine and no longer shaves away the filament.

Läuft super, sehr stabil. Würde mir den wieder kaufen.
