So it started out okish. the picture quality is fine, the build-in mic very sensetive. installation was easy. the resolutions you can choose are weird (like no 1920x1080). After 3 months one lags every few minutes for about half a minute, the other one is rebooting once every few hours and when rebooting also resetting back to factory defaults. like 2-3-4 times a day...So, i can not recommand these camera's and am very hesitant to buy the same brand again..

I know, this review is a little late, but better then never.I have bought these cameras from ReoLink back in 2019 and use them on my property. They are connected to my network via PoE and recording to my NAS (Synology) Survey Station. I have to say, these cameras have nver missed a beat. The image quality is good enough in day and night. I am sure there are better cameras, but for the price these ones are great.Last week I tried to update the firmware but wasn't able to. The update always terminated in an error that the update file is not recognised. It turned out I had downloaded the wrong file (my bad). I opened a support ticketd and got the response within 24 hours with the solution.To summarise my experience:- Decent price- Good cameras with great image quality- Top support.I will buy more ReoLink products in the future.

2 pack, one worked and one is not working, too bad that they seem to have missed it if/when they quality control there products, now after 10 questions and answers with Reolink, lets hope that i get one that works. There support where really helpful and professional and solved my issue.
