Wow, this is more powerful than you think, it has lots of features, I use mine with an electric ukulele and my Taylor GS mini e guitar both sound really good. It's much louder than you'd think.I bought the Roland mains adapter, a pricey object but I'd read reviews about using third party adapters and decided against it, mine was on offer at £25.00 it seems a lot for what it was but I wanted one.The amp is smaller than I thought, it's about the size of an FM radio. I've also played my iPhone music through it and it's got some oomph.

Multiple functions: private playing with earphones; listening along with an mp3 and cutting out the vocal; even karaoke. Guitar/ukulele tone when plugged in is excellent. These are reviewed highly online, and I was happy that the quality is excellent.

Wow! Surprise gift for my son who's always playing his electric guitar...he LOVES this! I had gone around the houses quizzing him off and on to suss out if his guitar teacher had recommended any portable amps as I know nothing about this kind of thing :)Anyway, I resorted to amazon, carefully checked reviews and took a chance. This makes my son sound epic! There's a lovely tone, numerous different effects, and a mic can be used with it too. Came really quickly, well packaged, excellent seller. Found some of the reviews on here really helpful ( the ones from people who know what they are talking about!). This is not an amp just for guitars so there aren't the half dozen or so usual guitar amp dials but it still does the job and my teenage son was delighted with it. I'm in his good book!!
