Hi, it’s all separate and comes with no instructions but there is a video to show you how if needed, it’s pretty straight forward but a faff to put together with the spring clips if you don’t have the right tool, a pair of pointed pliers makes it ok, once together it works well and makes light work of the soil and will be easier than a rake at braking it up, I feel a bit overpriced but a useful garden tool either way 😀
