I was on the search for a good M2 Heatsink voor my 2 Samsung SSD 980 Pro. I use them on a ASUS Crosshair VIII Dark Hero, with a an AMD 5950x and a ASUS 3090 Stric OC. With the Motherboard Cooling was the Idle temperature around 49°. So i orderd first the Thermal Grizzly M2 Heatsink, but the Idle temperatur gets higher to 54°.So just i saw them from Sabrent order them and get a Idle temperature from 26° now. Thats really amazing. The Heatsink is not cheap, but definitely worth it. I can recommend them, if you want a cool M2 :)

Ik had deze al en heb er nog een tweede bij geprikt. Netjes gemaakt, wel vrij zwaar.Nadeel is dat het koelblok met schroefjes aan de andere kant vastgezet moet worden en bij mij dus het hele moederbord eruit moest.

The unit itself fells solid enough, but with the cooler mounted the SSD's circuit board becomes slightly thicker.If you have an M.2 slot that uses a screw to lock down the SSD that is not a problem, but if you have a fancy Asus board with one of those screwless M.2 Q-Latch mounts, you cannot close the latch and lock down the SSD. I had the buy a replacement mount (I used to fit the SSD and cooler.It might be possible for Sabre to slightly change the design to make it work withbtjose Q-Latch mounts, but as it is it won't work unless you replace the Q-Latch on the motherboard. You could also argue Asus should just include a seperate normal screwed SSD mount with their fancy 200+ euro mobo.

Voor de Samsung Pro NVMe M.2 SSD 1TB in mijn goed gekoelde (Noctua) HP Envy Desktop PC was verkoeling zinvol. De Sabrent is een fraai/esthetisch object, dat helaas (met 2 graden extra temperatuurdaling t.o.v. bijvoorbeeld een veel goedkoper Glotrends M.2 koellichaam) een schrale prestatie levert: 43 i.p.v. 45 graden in iddle. De temperatuur van de SSD loopt bovendien tot 56 graden (te) snel en hoog op onder belasting (CrystalDiskMark 8).

My ssd from 60 degrees went to 55, total scam 20 euro for 5 degrees xD what other people are writing about this that is going down to 15/20 degrees STOP THE CAP... write ur honestly thoughts for design are those 20 euro xD

My 970 evo plus would reach temperatures over 70 degrees C. With the heatsink it is barely going past 50! Good for the durability of the ssd!

Stosunek ceny do wydajności jest nie adekwatny ! Prosty aluminiowy radiator daje takie same efekty jak Sabrent. Na minus jest jeszcze to, że wydaje mi się że dodatkowo akumuluje ciepło! Jest ciężki, masywny żebrowania są minimalne - jak się raz rozgrzeje to trzyma ciepło - jak termos !Pozostało mi jeszcze wymienić termopady na lepsze, ale nie sądzę aby coś to dało.

Fiquei ao menos 1 mês sem o dissipador, nesse meio tempo notei a temperatura de 60 graus no meu SN700 em um dia bastante quente.Agora em dias quentes - como hoje - beira os 40 graus, algo bastante seguro se pensar que os NVme esquentam bastante por natureza.

Kullandığım NVMe SSD artık aşırı sıcaktan dolayı acı çekmiyor, fanlı soğutucuların arkasında kalsa da pasif soğutmada bu kadar ufak bi' boyuta rağmen çok iyi çalışıyor ve de sistemdeki o estetik boşluğu kapatıyor. Kurulumu çok kolay ve yanında kendi ufak tornavidasıyla beraber geliyor, vida yuvalarının konumu da hata yapma payınızı sıfıra indiriyor.
