Complicated delivery process by UPS - first it appears they need a personal hand-over with a signature, then they actually don't.Good communicator, however over the years already had 3 permanently damaged, one due to a stuck firmware upgrade, two due to heavy, long lasting rain - and then there is no support or exchange by Sena, which is kind of sad, considering the high price of the product. The 20 series has a much improved response time and far better helmet attachment compared to the 10 series; keeping the contacts oiled helps a lot in wet weather. All of the 20 series have a charger plug cover that tends to come loose after a little while. So far using the older 20S, now trying the 20S EVO, since I need to replace two headsets.

Primissima volta che compro un prodotto del genere e forse (almeno per me) un pò troppo completo, non avrei mai immaginato di avere un interfono con moltissime funzionalità, ovvio il prezzo forse tra i più alti ma ampiamente giustificati. Il prodotto in se si presenta in una confezione di natura molto premium. Sul montaggio forse è un pò ostico, io avendo un casco che si smonta praticamente con due mosse tra interni e visiera non ho trovato tante difficoltà ovviamente il casco uno Shark non vuole neanche l'adesivo poichè l'attacco a vite di default basta e avanza. Sicuramente ne prenderò un altro per il casco della mia compagna. Reparto funzionalità si possono collegare due cellulari in simultanea, funzionalità inutile almeno per me della radio FM., audio di ottima qualità in alcune circostanze saltella un'attimo ma poi si riprende, potrebbe trattarsi anche di semplice interferenze. Ottima funzionalità di gruppo compatibile con qualsiasi altro interfono non ho testato ancora il suo max range ma vi assicuro che a poco più di 1KM sentivo 5 miei amici chiacchierare liberamente senza nessuna tipologia di disturbo. Inoltre ho abbinato anche un accessorio a questo interfono che trovo veramente utile. Unica nota negativa e che non riesco ancora a far funzionare i comandi vocali.Di gran lunga un ottimo prodotto.

Très réactif (à peine qq secondes pour se connecter au smartphone), qualité audio plutot bonne (pour un système intégré à un casque moto)Les commandes sont bien pensées, bien placées et facilement utilisables avec des gantsJuste les combinaisons pas toutes faciles à se rappeler, mais il y a les commandes vocales pour cela.Pensez à faire la mise à jour du firmware dès le début pour notamment avoir les phrases en AnglaisInterconnexion triviale à établir (secouer les 2 boitiers pendant 6 secondes ensembles)L'application iOS (et probablement Android) assez simple à utiliser (mais pourrait être largement améliorée)Pour terminer :finition excellente et solide, installation assez facile (choix de plusieurs micros, longueurs des cables pratiques, plusieurs coussinets, plusieurs fixactions 3M double faces...)Bref, un peu cher, mais difficile de trouver mieux à ce prix.

HAVE CAN -AM NOT SURE YET IF YOU CAN BLUETOOTH THE GARMIN GPS THATS ON THE BIKE, PHONE WORKS GREAT AND FM RADIO, I WAS TOLD THOSE WERE THE BEST, NOTHING TO COMPARE IT TO, MY FIRST PAIR. HAVE TO GIVE IT A 5 STAR
