The remote is attractive and responsive but both PKFY-P08-NLMU-E and PKFY-P12-NLMU-E City-Multi indoor units only respond to the remote at all in mode 5 of 20 and then only with 4 beeps to indicate that the IR remote’s message is rejected because the remote is not set to the correct auto set point mode. The likely difficulty is that the series defaults to the dual set point mode but the remote control only supports the single set point mode. The remote is probably not suitable for the entire PxFY-Pnn-NLMU-E(n) series, but I only tested it with the the wall mounted 8,000 and 12,000 BTU indoor units.The specific units that not compatible are current city-multi indoor units that; contain their own expansion valves, receive power directly from a panel board, communicate with the outdoor unit using low voltage signaling cables, and the refrigerant circuit has a simple pipe manifold not a powered branch box. This is not a type of indoor unit that is commonly installed for residential systems.

Comprato con un pò di scetticismo date alcune recensioni non positive. Al momento funziona. Inizialmente sembrava non controllare correttamente le alette, ma era solo questione di impostare il codice corretto (è una sorta di telecomando universale), nel retro del telecomando spiega come fare. Speriamo non si rompa troppo presto :-)
