The Siemens product itself was as expected - good design and quality of product. However, this Chinese manufactured product supplied by TechInn of Spain, does not meet the Uk Electrical Wiring safety Regulations - which states - under the Plugs and Sockets etc (Safety) Regulations 1994, it is an offence to place or supply in the Uk an appliance which is not fitted with either(i) a Uk 3 pin plug, or (i) a non - UK plug PERMANENTLY fitted with a UK safety - approved conversion plug. I immediately returned the item advising the supplier of the reason. They initially offered a refund of £9 to purchase a conversion plug; which does not resolve the situation because this still does not adhere to the above safety law and compromises the electrical earthing of the appliance. A refund was agreed but 5 weeks later and numerous contradictory and repetitive communications with the business still no refund and claiming none would be given until item back in Spanish warehouse to be checked, again contrary to Amazon’s own trading guidelines for suppliers outside of the Uk selling on the Uk platform- I had to resort to making an A-z claim through Amazon to get a refund. Which although settled for the actual item still does not include the postage that I paid to return the item to the companies Uk hub. This being contrary to Amazons own returns policy and therefore still an ongoing issue. In short, don’t buy this product if you intend on using it in the Uk.

Un microondas con unos acabados y una calidad de primera. El funcionamiento es muy sencillo, pudiendo elegir la potencia del microondas y el tiempo facilmente. El control mediante los botones (estos son tactiles) es muy facil. La apertura de la puerta es automatica, siendo esto una cosa que me sorprendio a lo primero, pero siendo muy facil/agradable su uso. La luz del interior es de Led, siendo muluminosa. El mocroondas esteticamente es precios. Lo unico malo es la instalación, ya que es un poco dificil, siendo solo recomendado para persona un poco manitas.

Molto bello e funzionalità semplice, tutti i comandi sono touch.Soddisfattissimo.
