Température affichée erronée. 32°C affiché cuillère déposée sur un meuble. Température ambiante 22°CNe supporte pas l'induction, les chiffres s'effacent au contact des casseroles sur la plaque de cuisson en fonctionnement

Brilliant! Ideal for fudge, and because the spoon part comes off can use probe in meat etc.

The product photo doesn't show that the detachable needle probe is exposed on the back side of the spoon. I chose this over the other products because I thought the spoon was sealed. I think there is a slight risk after cleaning, that a drop of water remains inside and can seize your chocolate.I didn't read the description carefully and was expecting something like a teaspoon/soup spoon. Nope, it is quite a large spoon. So it is a tiny bit awkward for tempering a small amount (400g) of chocolate.The thermometer is very sensitive, reading 0.1 ˚C gradations.While stirring, it is possible to accidentally hit the "on/off" button, turning it off.While stirring, I find the LCD screen is not always visible. I ended up trying a few different hand positions, including turning the silicone spoon around backwards. All were awkward and there was little alternative to stopping the stirring to read.I know it would require additional buttons and would attract a higher price, but a beeping alarm would be a fantastic addition to this product.All in all, it's a very useful gadget for quite a low price (£3). I cannot complain.

Such a shame so much about this spoon is good. Unlike other models you can easily replace the battery. It’s a proper spoon. All great.I needed it for chocolate making so need very accurate readings. The inlet for the liquid is too small & it reads the temperature of whatever gets trapped in there. It also doesn’t keep pace with the rising temperature it’s too slow.
