I am very fond of the Red Storm Cheese which is a vintage Red Leicester. The Texture and taste is perfect. The wax protects the flavour of the cheese and protects it from drying out. It is absolutely delicious. The taste is so good that I like to savour the taste on its own without any pickles. It is one of my favourites.

What can I say? The cheeses from Snowdonia are absolutely brilliant! Highly recommended for all serious cheese lovers.

A really nice cheese with a sharp bite to it. Was very well packaged but overall quality wasn't the same as when bought from a shop. My advice would be to buy it from a local stockist.
