We salsa use them on our quarts countertops in the kitchen to set our glass of drinking water on and finally, we use them on our end tables in our living room.

They have non-slip bottoms and fit most cups and mugs. Moisture does seep into the stone somewhat through the top.Cons: These would be my go-to coasters, but unfortunately they cannot be counted on to protect expensive furniture tops. They work fine if the condensation is minimal to average, though on a humid day resulting in increased moisture from my glass the water seeped through the bottom resulting in liquid dripping through onto the table. I love the look of natural stone, and these definitely are natural travertine. They look great with natural variation you expect from real stone. Keep in mind that these are "thirsty" stones as travertine is not that type of stone.

Absolutely love these travertine coasters! They are beautiful and natural, so they go perfectly with all of my decor. They keep the drinks off of my furniture and absorb condensation, perfect!
