These sockets require entirely too much insertion force, way too tight on the pins. Ordered to use in a Fender guitar amp, the hole spacing is incorrect for the PCB. Do not recommend.

Sadly not good quality. Insertion force for tube too high. I couldn’t actually get one in without feeling like i was going to break the bottle. Pin spacing not appropriate for my project, and I can’t think of anything else I’ve seen where they would fit in non-custom boards. Much better ones available at thetubestore.com
