Recomiendo 100% este producto y al vendedor. Las cartas están un poco plastificadas y se ven de buena calidad, aparecen todas las asanas que estaba buscando. Hay explicación y un código qr para ver la demostración (aunque no he podido acceder a ello realmente se explica muy bien en los dibujos). Lo volvería a comprar incluso para regalo. Muy contenta con este producto.

We have the yoga, body weight and kettle bell cards!!! They are all excellent!!! My husband is now doing yoga regularly and I am doing kettle bells because of these cards. In particular, we like that they are rated by skill level. We have found the ratings to be super accurate!!! Mixing up the body weight and kettle bell cards makes for a great workout!!! The yoga cards are a great way to add some diversity to weight / cardio heavy workout regimens

Wonderful gift for under $30 - Stack 52 are the best on the market. I have been using them for years to keep fit. Love the thought and attention to detail that was put into the product, the beautiful illustrations, packaging etc. Recommended!
