Goed mes Stanley, maar waarom moet hem eerst uit elkaar halen om jullie anti diefstal verpakking er uit te krijgen, mes valt uit elkaar in 10 onderdelen en dan maar pielen om hem weer in elkaar te krijgen. Voor de rest handig mes, zou toch twee losse kopen, toch iets handiger.

so I pondered long and hard on al the knives Avaliable out there . I even ordered a few for comparison . however didn't open any of them as they were sealed packed. .these Stanley ones are market leaders for some reason. you will not regret buying it for home use. the dual blade design means you can use either the hooked blade for safety use or some other puropses fit for hooked blade and the straight knife blade for normal stuff. I found this the best option out there in the market. yes it's expensive in comparison to £5 to £8 similar blades and knives. however it saves you a lot of hassle keeping two knives. it really is a traders dream type of thing. these Stanley will take standard bladed for all manufacturers, however Stanley makes their own carbide bladed which are really expensive in comparison to others in the marker. no one else makes carbide blades.the only other blade I bought was from Olaf some japneese brand. these two in my opinion are the best options here on amazon. yes there are other really good companies however if you want to play it safe and just buy once in lifetime lasting thing then this is it. if you are a tradesman then you already know which is better for you and I don't think this is a primary go to tool for such people as they have weight distribution and other stuff to consider . this doesn't fall in to that category. its for home use and maybe some specialised trades person.can cut through Amazon cartons as if cutting through butter. I was worried the blade could cut me if I am not careful and wanted to buy ceramic bladed knife. however the machenism on this knife is good. rule of thumb is to always cut away from yourself . no matter how tempted you feel never cut towards yourself and you are safe. also don't cut towards someone else.there is blade storage and can store a few bladed . like 5 or 7 blades. I have 4 carbide and the 2 that came with the knife itself.the blade is relatively easy to change.becareful doing this though.its got bright coloursmade of metal and nice gripI love the hooked blade design.no fuss packing. was easy to start using from box to installing 2 blades to start using maybe 4 minuteswould I buy again. well no. I wouldn't need this knife again as the one I have seems to be durable for a lifetime. did buy the carbide blades £4 for 5 blades I think.for home use as I said earlier it is the gold standard. bit pricey but well worth it.
