Worked perfectly on my faux suede Chelsea boots. It’s a liquid, so really good for getting into all the boot seams, but make sure you protect the surface you’re working on! I gave the boots two coats, allowing the first coat to dry first. Although I was pleased with one coat, the second gave a beautifully even deep brown finish. Brushed up with a rubber suede brush, and boots look like new. One bottle was just enough for two coats on a pair of ankle boots, if you use it carefully. The sponge applicator on the bottle only lasted for half of one boot before it started to degrade and became detached (even though I was dabbing rather than scrubbing with it) so have a spare sponge or brush at the ready. I’ve worn the boots a couple of times since dyeing them, and the finish has not cracked or rubbed off, so for me it was good value for the money.
