I'm trying to teach myself off the internet and this is great for that. I'm realizing I shouldn't have gotten the cheapest trumpet though. I mean trying to teach myself is harder when the valves are so cheap that most of the notes sound the same. I should have spent more on my actual instrument. This book is a great learning aid though.

I believe the content is good for someone dusting off their old instrument and playing again after fifty years.
