They are perfect for me , my feet are more comfortable with them , especially being on my feet for long periods of time , the rubber heals I tried but were better without for me

A stocky, heavy runner (5' 11" and 95kg) I also over pronate. As a result I need a combination of support & cushioning in my running shoe & insole combination. These superfeet pain relief insoles provides the near ideal combination for me (appreciating there is strong element of individual preference in that) when used with my favoured Asics (Kayano or Fujitrabuco) shoes. Other brands tried seem to either provide excellent cushioning (i.e. Sorbathane) at the expense of support or overly hard and aggressive support particular under my foot arch. For sizing although the E is supposedly only up to UK 9.5 I find them the best fit (with the heel support horseshoe piece inserted) for my UK 10 sized Asics running shoes. I was concerned they would be slightly too small and hence move within the shoe which has not occurred. It also avoids the excessive trimming required if the larger size is bought. Being particularly critical I feel that the cushioning under the ball of the foot could be further enhanced however that has to be a minor point compared to the key drawback which is the expense of this brand of insoles. At around £35 a pair they add significantly to the cost of a decent pair of running shoes and hence you need to be a dedicated runner or one suffering a fair degree of pain to justify the expense.

I have a medium to high instep and these insoles do not even touch my arches, and do not provide any support. Very expensive insole that does not deliver on it's promise. My Currex and Footactive insoles provide noticeable structure and support that actually works.
