Na bijna 1 jaar van aankoop het product doet het goed. Hij meet de water temperatuur heel goed. Een grote nadeel zijn de zuignappen. Na 2 maanden deze vallen zomaar af. Misschien een idee om een aparte set van betere kwaliteit aan te schaffen.

I got this delivered yesterday for my leopard gecko. I use an undertank heating mat and I needed a thermometer for it. I installed it by putting it under the heating-mat and everything seemed fine. Since my gecko was a little annoyed that I moved his tank a little bit, I left him alone for a few hours. I came back and was scared to death when I read 55 degrees celsius (130 degrees fahrenheit) on this thermometer. I rushed to see if my gecko was okay and luckily he was completely fine and the heating mat was also nowhere near as hot as 55 degrees celsius. I took my other thermometer and put it in the exact same spot and that one read 32 degrees. Moral of the story is, this thermometer is absolutely terrible since it’s almost 20 degrees off. It scared me to death lmao. 0/10 would not recommend.

I quickly discovered that another well known brand was over 2 deg out once I’d installed a pair of these to my 6’ tank....Quality product with an easy to install probe. No loss of suction. Great value.Is not influenced by room temperatures.Recommended 5*****

Habe es mir einen anderen Messgerät gecheckt. Werte stimmen. Ideales Design. Preis unglaublich gut.

Es un termómetro básico y aparente preciso. No puedo contrastarlo exactamente contra otro. Pero la temperatura teórica del calentador con respecto a la que marca el termómetro del agua del acuario me parece correcta.
