The connection gets lost with the USB. The quality of the image is fine. But when I moved the camera it appears that the wire is not connected or loose? Not sure. As I was satisfied by the image, I bought a new one. It has the same issue, so I think it's just not a great webcam, but a quality issue.

I have had a few webcams from well known manufacturers and this one has by far the best picture quality of them all. It was recommended to me by someone as a good budget starter camera to make YouTube videos. The tripod is an added bonus as I can reposition it allowing me to work in different locations in my home, and the threaded connection is of a universal size that makes it compatible with my other camera tripods. I also use it with Webex, MS Teams and Zoom for work and the quality is great.
