I was conflicted whether to give 3 or 4 stars, it's a 3 star product kind of but for the price and considering you don't have many options it's a 4 if you're careful with it.The small pins the screws go in are a bit thin and I worried a lot what screws to use. I think I settled with 3/20 screw after all. I am not super confident the screw holes will hold to all the vibration in the car. In retrospect maybe I should have used the MDF adapter but this was the first one I found. I actually kind of ruined one of the holes with a 3.5 screw so I bought an extra set if I need it, didn't need it after all but it's ok to have a backup I guess, can always sell it if I don't need it down the line.All in all the adapter is suitable to mount the speakers and didn't really have problems I just don't trust the screw holes in the plastic. It's pretty cheap so you can buy it just don't expect something great and be super careful with screwing the speakers in.I mounted the adapter to the door panel using bolts with washer and nut, the springy type to make sure it holds and I don't have to tighten it too much. No issues there.
