So happy this was delivered on the first day outside temperatures reached into the 80s--I'm sold on it!I like that it was packaged adequately, so that it looks new when it is straight out of the box.I like the build, which is lightweight enough to be portable, but feels reassuringly sturdy.I like that it is rechargeable and can be handheld, making it very portable, and that when I settle in somewhere for a while, it can stand by itself.I like that it came with instructions, which I prefer to read before using a new electric anything--and which included the information about using distilled water, which I might not have thought of. Also the secret handshake for accessing the various settings, which was not complicated, but was not intuitive, for me.I like the multi-speed fan, even though the highest speed is a bit noisy, And I really like the "mist", which is actually and truly "misty", not a soaker. Very cooling, without a single drip.I recommend this for making hot weather bearable, and making it look easy.

Nice even airflow, good speed settings, and charges fast. The mist smells very synthetic and chemical-y though so I wouldn't recommend that part.
