Eh tiene una curva de aprendizaje difícil el que solo está acostumbrado a las sartenes de teflón eh tiene que usarlas mucho investigar la forma de usarlas correctamente y preparando poco a poco la sartén para que no se te peguen las cosas es cierto que el sabor y el tostado difiere con mucha diferencia de una sartén de teflón pero repito si esperas que no se te peguen las cosas así nada más echarlos como en una de teflón esta no es tu sartén porque no funciona así incluso un huevo frito puede no pegarse pero tienes que saber usarla.

Just after one month normal use, started developing holes in it. Don't know what kind of steel they used in it. Not seen any other steel utensils developing holes like it.

Ne pas oublier de culotter la poele, bien la nettoyer avant utilisation et passer de l'huile avec un sopalin dedans avant de la faire monter doucement en température. Si après lavage votre poele devient bleue, prendre un peu de vinaigre blanc dilué et frotter avec une éponge non abrasive. Rincer, secher et votre poele est comme neuve.

I am absolutely thrilled with my Tramontina Professional Stainless Steel 30 cm Frying Pan! Tired of constantly replacing nonstick pans, I wanted something that would last longer and this pan definitely fits the bill. While it does take some time to master the seasoning process with olive oil or butter and the water bead test, it is well worth the effort. I have no doubt that this pan will last me a lifetime. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a durable and long-lasting frying pan! 👌
