Tristar FR-6941 Friteuse – Capaciteit: 1.5 liter – Cool touch behuizing, Wit

This is a used product. So I didn't expect it to be new. But I think it was only opened and send back without using it. Didn't smell any oils and it also didn't feel oily. It was badly packed and due to this, the frying basket damaged the inside of the oilcan surface / anti-stick coating. The price is low but the quality as well. The aluminum plates used on the cover and the smoke filter are so thin, it is just a little ticker than aluminum foil and bends if you just look at it. I had to bend back the locking or otherwise the smoke filter cover did not lock in place and just falls out ( I read a comment on amazon that this happened to someone). Several dents in the aluminum cover plate due to its fragile thickness.Product is easy to clean, no heating elements are visible and blocking any cleaning.If I compare the Tristar with other 1.5 L products (that I also bought on Amazon for comparison to find a suitable product: Cecotec and Bestron) it is the most cheapest and medium size. No heating rods sticking out like the Cecotec and Bestron which make it really easy to clean. replacing the oil will be more difficult as the oilcan can not be removed separately as with the other 2. So the whole fryer need to be handled. However the Tristar is light weight so it should be ok. The frying basket is also the biggest compared to the Cecotec and Bestron. And due to having no heating element inside the oilcan, less oil is needed (or bigger basket which compared to the Bestron is double size while the machines are equal size).Personally I prefer the Tristar kind of solution. The lesser parts and things like heating rods that are visible and stick out, the more easy it is to handle and clean, the smaller the product is, the less oil is needed inside the fryer. Disadvantage with this Tristar like solution is that the oilcan can not be removed and removing oil is more difficult than with the Cecotec and Bestron.

Medida justa, tiene más capacidad, que la que esperaba, la compré solo para freír patatas en aceite de oliva extra virgen y no tener que poner muchos litros y la experiencia muy positiva, fríe estupendamente y ocupa muy poco espacio.

Non mi piace l idea di non lavare l interno unto di olio

Ha un unico grande problema che non viene chiarito nella descrizione : il vano in cui va versato l'olio non è estraibile e per pulirlo è un macello.

Die Friteuse ist sehr gut, war super schnell geliefert worden, war auch sehr gut verpackt, nur was mich etwas stört das der Korb klein ist, gehen nicht so viele Pommes rein. Und er hängt auch nicht ganz im Fett dann werden die oberen Fritten nicht richtig gebacken.

petite friteuse bien conçue,le couvercle ferme bien et assure l'étanchéité pendant la cuisson c'est appréciable que l'huilene dégouline sur les côtés.le filtre est efficace.la cuve c'est Téfal elle n'est pas amovible pour le prix faut pas trop en demander la poignée amovible du panier est très bien fixée et reste en place pendant la cuisson.aucune vapeur ne s'échappe également pendant la cuisson.la friteuse est ronde donc facile à ranger.enfin la friteuse est suffisamment puissance pour remplir sa fonction.
