having read some of the mixed reviews I still went ahead and bought this. I've always fancied one, and this was the cheapest one I could find by a few quid. I'm only a home DIY/hobbyist, but looking to make some furniture so needed something a bit more sturdy for a professional finish.only used for a short time this morning, on some weathered scaffolding boards, but wow. didn't have to tweak the blades, they were good to go out of the box. after practicing with some scrap got the hang of feeding to get a smooth finish. absolutely love it already. two things to be warned of though, yes it's loud, but I'm using outside. secondly be prepared for a big tidy up if you don't have a piped in dust extraction setup! I managed to bodge a bag over the exhaust port to catch the shavings/chips but my garden still looked like it had snowed 😃but I'm willing to put up with this for the ease of use and how good a finish it gives.

Da meine (zwei Jahre alt) Chinesische ("all in one") Abricht/Dickenhobelmaschine den Geist aufgegeben hat , brauchte ich eine neue . Am Anfang sollte es eine Metabo ,Dewalt bzw Makita sein , aber als ich die Preise sah , wurden diese Maschinen sofort ausgeschlossen . So blieb nur diese Triton uebrig , die 295 euros kostete , und in meinem Preissegment lag.Erstmals sollte man darauf aufpassen , dass es sich hier nur um einen Dickenhobel handelt , also ein Abricht ist nicht vorhanden. Die Maschine hat eine sehr gute Qualitaet , alles sieht (und ist) Hochwertig aus . Der Hebel laueft einwandfrei , und sie ist sehr leicht bedienbar . Das Tauschen der Messer ist auch sehr einfach . Der Tisch besteht insgesamt aus drei Teilen , der mittlere ist aus Inox , und die anderen zwei (klappbaren) Teile aus hardem dicken Blech (also kein Aluminium oder Stahl) . Das ist der einzige Schwachpunkt der Maschine , weil man nicht wissen kann wie lange diese zwei Teile halten warden . Mich persoenlich stoert das nicht , weil man diese Teile leicht tauschen kann , aber andere wird es vielleicht doch stoeren .Das wichtigste aber Kriterium solcher Maschinen ist das Holzbild nach dem Hobeln , und da bekommt die Maschine eine "sehr gut" Note . Sie hobelt schnell , gut and man kann den Tiefschnitt mit Hilfe einer Skala (in inc und cm) sehr leich regeln .Alles im allen eine sehr gute Maschine fuer den Hobbybastler , sicher keine Metabo bzw Dewalt , kostet ja aber nur 300 euros und nicht 600 oder 700 , und sicher viel besser als all dieser "all in one" Chinashrott , den man under verschiedenen Namen im Markt finden kann. Wenn man also kein Abricht braucht , auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

étant en pleine rénovation cette machine me fait vraiment gagné du temps et de l'argentje peut prendre du bois de charpente afin de pouvoir faire tous ce que je veux avec et sans passer un temps du diable avec un rabot électrique, ponceuse, etc pour obtenir le même résultatpour un usage semi professionnel c'est parfaitpetit bémol quand le kit aspirateur est monté on ne peu plus rabattre la plaque de guide et il manque un aimant pour extraire le couteau

Possiedo già una filo spessore della compa, ma essendo macchinosa, ingombrante e rumorosa, cercavo qualcosa che mi permettesse di lavorare su listelli abbastanza piccoli.Non volendo spendere il doppio o addirittura il triplo per una marca più blasonata, ho provato a cercare informazioni su questa pialla Triton e le opinioni che ho letto mi hanno convinto a fare l'ordine.Pagata meno di 300€ e devo dire che vale tutti i soldi spesi e forse anche di più.La rumorosità è abbastanza contenuta, la Compa sembra una turbina di aereo, questa fa un rumore accettabile (a livello di un trapano a percussione forando un muro di mattoni per capirci).La regolazione consente di lavorare con spessori fino a 3,2 mm (come riportato nel manuale) quindi posso piallare dei listelli fino a renderli veramente sottili.Il peso e le dimensioni sono abbastanza contenuti e consentono di riporla senza problemi una volta finito di usarla.Acquisto veramente consigliato (soprattutto se si riesce a portarla a casa con una delle offerte Amazon).
