The post itself is well constructed but the brackets provided are frustrating to install. They don't line up well with the holes on top of the post so we had to grind out the bracket in order to install the pins. Thankfully we had the necessary tools but it was more work than expected.

These are by far the best cat scratching posts around, being wall mounted they are super sturdy, they are nice and chunky and are big enough height wise that the cats can stretch up fully as they should be able too. I had 3 of these in total for 4 cats and they have lasted me roughly 3 years although pretty battered at that point. I originally purchased 20m of sisal to re-wrap them myself thinking it would save me money but 20m it turns out only covers around half of a post! A 100m roll which would do 2 posts costs anywhere from £35 upwards so it actually works out cheaper just to buy new posts making them a bargin! Because the brackets were already mounted I could just remove and replace the post itself in seconds with minimal effort. Will continue to purchase these when needed for as long as they are available (hopefully forever).

Compré este producto para mi gata que le gusta rascarse en vertical en todos los sitios que puede para que tenga su sitio específico.El rascador se fija en la pared de forma fácil y además quedando fuerte, por lo que la estabilidad es al 100%. No ha costado mucho que lo use, de hecho es genial ver como lo hace y como se agarra con mucha fuerza y allí sigue. Además, como le gusta la altura, aprovecha prácticamente los 80 cm que tiene.Otro de sus puntos fuertes es que se puede girar a medida que se va gastando por lo que lo puede aprovechar todo a medida que se gaste de una parte.Repetiré cuando se gaste o al menos cambiaré el rascador, si hay la opción.
