Turning Pizza Peel met Zwart Handvat (120cm)

This peel works with intended. I am making pizza in a wood fired oven. The oven is about 800 degrees Fahrenheit hot and the handle is long enough to avoid burns on my hands. It is a small peel but it has to be to work effectively with small pizzas. Mine are about 30 cm. Note that this is a turning peel, NOT the type of peel that will get the pizza in or out of the oven.One downside is that the peel was drenched in some sort of oil and I would have expected a cleaner product, especially for the price. I cleaned it and it is fine now. I anticipate that this peel will outlast me. I think the product is overpriced given that simplicity of it (one metal pipe, three rivets, one piece of sheet metal) but it does work and it is a good quality.

Does exactly what I need it to. The only downside is that is has a sticker on the actually peel which takes a few turns in the oven to burn off. Ideally have no sticker there.People saying it’s cheap but it’s really not. It’s well made and turns the pizzas easily.

This is longer than the 47" peel i have, and it's a bit too uncomfortable to use. would prefer to have a shorter one
