Excellent product

We have been using a B&D strimmer for a few years, with a "trolley" to turn it into a small lawnmower - primarily to cut the grass along paths between raised beds. First experience with the twin plastic blade attachment is encouraging. Certainly the results are more uniform. Time will tell how long the blades will last. I guess it will be important to avoid contact with any hard obstacles!

Clipped perfectly into the housing for the Black and Decker LST201, fully expected it to break first try based off of other reviews, however after a month I have not broke a single blade. I use this for rose bushes, thick grass and weeds, briars etc. Which is what it's designed for. I put the original spool back on for use around the fence and touching up close to the house. Keep it away from solid objects and you'll probably be fine. I even tested it on some REALLY think weeds (2"+ thick) and went through it slowly (think of it like a saw blade cutting wood, let the blade do the work don't force it) without issue.Only downside, the LST201 loses probably 40% of battery time with these on, I'm lucky to get 15mins out of it, but thats a problem with the equipments weak motor not the blades. 5 stars!
