J'espère qu'au premier coup de vent, il ne quittera pas mon casque UVEX City I-VO... sinon le XL épouse la structure 56-60 cm de ce casque.

Passgenau für Uvex Helme. Erst einmal getestet, ist bisher dicht.

My head size is 56 cm, typically classed as towards small end of medium. I have 4 cycling helmets. The S/M size is a direct fit on one (black but with plenty of hi-vis decals) as it lacks a rain/sun visor. I've added 4 pads of adhesive-backed Velcro hook and loop, appropriately in black, to keep cover firmly held. Fit to helmet first, be certain cover is on exactly straight, then fit pads to cover. On other 3, none of which have any red, it fits if I remove visors; precious little sun in UK until March 2020 now! Photo 1, using flash, shows the S/M over a pale grey helmet with its visor removed. Hence ordered the L/XL size, again in red/white as that's far more popular than the back/white version. If any more Velcro pads needed, get cover on exactly straight to 2nd helmet, then fix pads onto helmet at appropriate places. Helmet cover has almost no weight and arrives in a plastic bag inside a 2 inch x 2 inch x 4 3/16 inch box....the manufacturer is German so we'd definitely expect metric dimensions. And flat packed is far easier on the deliverer. The translucent white central strip enables colour and detailing on helmets to appear. Maker's name is in hi-vis & reflective silver on each side. L/XL version arrived, it's noticeably larger and a direct fit over my fluoro yellow helmet Photo2), which has the largest visor. Look how the yellow is revealed under the white band, again under flash. Uvex even give the materials mix: polyester 60%, cotton 30%, nylon 8% and spandex 2%. Used L/XL today 8 October 2019, as heavy shower. Perfect fit and 100% waterproof. Added bonus I found: white central strip visible on rolling my eyes up, hence confirm it's still attached.
