Bowls arrived as described in robust packaging. Good quality ceramics in gorgeous aqua colours. Bowls are a good size for deserts, pasta meals and take up little space in the fridge.

These came through with literal flying colors! They are beautiful and I am so very excited to get to use these. I was worried because the outer Amazon boxes all of my dishes came in were pretty trashed, we're talking rouges and openings in the sides of the outer box, then one box had a flap hanging open. Inside the boxes that the dishes cane in are protected and packed tightly together and no room for movement.... every single dish was in perfect condition. It wasn't for lack of trying though on the part of the shipping folks and whoever packed the Amazon box. Thank you again Vancasso.... you make beauty!

El proceso de entrega fue rapido, pero el bulto tenia un golpe y en consecuencia uno de los cuencos estaba roto. Procedimos a su devolucion y unas horas despues de entregarlo en Celeritas, nos llegó el abono correspondiente.

I have never experienced such great customer CARE (not just Service) as I have from Vancasso over these bowls. They reached out to me apologizing that the bowls I originally ordered were smaller than I wanted, even though they had specified in the description that they are indeed small. Instead, they offered me a new set of larger bowls and even let me choose the size and color I wanted. The replacement bowls arrived very carefully wrapped and are the prettiest bowls I’ve ever seen, exactly what I wanted! Who offers that kind of customer care anymore? I am so impressed. I will definitely order again from Vancasso again. Thank you, Vancasso — you really you deserve 10 stars over this experience. And thank you, Amazon, for carrrying such a quality vendor and products!
