Idler bearing fell apart after a few prints and jammed, complete junk. Arm itself is of good quality, but idler won't idle after bearing jammed and therefore printer can't extrude filament.

Sono molto soddisfatto. La stampante finalmente ha un buon mordente al filo della bobina, cosa importantissima per non aver problemi di stampa. Purtroppo l'originale, in plastica, prima o poi inevitabilmente si mangia....Piccola nota e consiglio, ho riciclato ed usato la molla originale che fà fare più presa in quanto è appena più lunga.

This is a good replacement set for a real Titan. However! These gears and lever work with the genetic Titan but will require and additional item and a little work. I have replaced entire China titans more times that I can mention but reason it usually due to worn arm or worn feed gear as after a few hundred hours the gear teeth get worn down. You can file them to get a little more bite but this gear set is the answer. You WILL need 5mmx10mmx3mm bearings to make this work as the shafts on this gear are smaller than the china ones. There is no 5mmx10mmx3mm bearings. So your choice is 5mmx9mmx3mm these will fit this gear perfect but not the hole in the china plastic frame. They are 1mm to small so your gear will wobble. It WILL work if your tighten the thumb screw for tension really tight. Or if you find or print a 1mm shim. Or you can go with 5mmx10mmx4. This best choice. As it fits the hole and the shaft perfect but sits out about .5mm to far I used a solder iron to heat bearing and push it further into the plastic or you could remove some of the plastic to make it work. Now for about 15$ you have real hardened Titan gear metal arm and better bearings in your genetic Titan. I highly recommend the metal arm and the hobbled gear. This is good quality set. I’m buying 5 more.
