Doesn’t work (cooling)

I bought this on a whim after hearing my mom rave about hers. I was looking forward to experiencing everything she said it was. I even asked my partner if he would like one as well since he had difficulties with his pillows but he declined. I received the pillow & I left it 'as is' on the table for a day & a half to make sure it had ample time to fully 'puff-up', which it most certainly did! When it was ready to be slept on I offered it to my partner to try first since he had had a particular difficult sleep the night before, to which he said yes. That was approximately 2 1/2 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it back!😄 We did have to take some of the stuffing out to adjust it to his comfort but other then that he's quite happy with it. It's very soft but I can't say anything about it's cooling properties untill i order one for myself! 🤷‍♀️☺️

I have been using this pillow for months now and I have how it's cool on one side. I have gotten better sleep with this pillow. Very well made and the ability to make it softer or more furm is so nice. My husband and kids have tried taking it from me because it's so comfortable. I definitely recommend.
