...our poor kitty contracted an extremely rare and aggressive cancer 1 Dec. His favourite winter place was always our under-heated bathroom floor tiles, which stopped working suddenly, ffs. Poor baby; he was so ill and needed somewhere dark to hide, but he was too weak to go under the bed/couch. So we set him up with a corner in our shower, with new thick fluffy towels, microwaveable wheat/lavender bags and built a wall/barrier between him and the wall tiles, and a space heater outside the bathroom door for ambient air.We got him this bed first though, and he absolutely loved it; we had one side open for him, as he was a feral rescue, and never liked being confined in any way. But his cancer was a huge, leaking sac of bloody, viscous fluid that leaked from his tummy, and once the bed got soaked he never slept in it again....but he slept right next to it, because it was HIS, until the moment we had to euthanise him. We're grateful for the bit of comfort it gave him. ❤️It was easily washed in the machine, as well. Came out nice, but he just hated anything that got soaked with his sickness; it was the same for bathmats, towels, etc. It was nothing against the bed; in fact we bought two, because he'd loved it so much at first we immediately ordered a second. They're lovely. And convertible.

Ich hatte dieses Flauschnest eigentlich für den Schreibtisch gekauft, aber am Fenster macht es sich noch besser. Alle unsere Katzen lieben den Platz und kuscheln sich regelmäßig hinein. Muss unbedingt noch 1-2 mehr davon kaufen bei Gelegenheit :-)
