Love this shoes!!

私は６０代です。数年前からウオーキングを日課としていますが、足が外反母趾のため、靴選びはいつも困難でした。そんなある日、ビブラムファイブを知り購入しました。そして履いてびっくり、これほど足に負担なく歩き易い靴がこの世にあるなんてと、感激しました。日課のウォーキングも楽しくなり、何よりも脚力アップと足の裏が刺激されて丈夫になった気がします。ウォーキングだけで履くのはもったいなくて普段にも履いています。今ではすっかりビブラムファイブの大ファンです。

I bought these on a recommendation from my trainer at the gym. I have cerebral palsy, no real balance, and my left heel never touches the ground--I've been like this most of my life, and my old gym shoes were literally flopping off my left foot while trying to train. Well, not anymore!I had some trepidation, as my husband once owned his own pair of Vibrams years ago, and complained of how painful they could be, but I went into this open-minded, and this pair (my first pair) has been nothing short of amazing. They are extremely comfortable, they stay on my feet, and best of all, my balance and my gait are gradually improving! Thanks again, Vibram!
