This headphone stand was just what I was looking for. It holds my Airpods Max seamlessly and the design fits in with Apple Products. While you do have to assemble it yourself, putting it together was very easy and took less than 5 minutes. It also doesn't look hand assembled, and no screws are visible. As the pictures show, Apple earphones are able to stay their case while on the stand and the stand itself is sturdy without taking up too much space.
