Just received this charger and when I opened the package my sense of smell was assaulted by the smell of hot electronics...I've upgraded my rating to a 5 after putting the charger into service. Since the charger was going to be on a battery box in the back of my SUV I was concerned the smell of hot electronics would permeate the interior. However by the time I had designed and built the battery box the smell had dissipated.As for how the charger works, it works very well. It does a good job of charging the battery when powered up and supports the battery under heavy load from my transmitter during POTA sessions (it's a HAM radio thing). Be aware that there is a noise on the radio receiver when you unkey the transmitter. Apart from that, I'm quite pleased with it's performance.Cheers!

For an odd ham radio purpose, I need a 12v to 12v converter with isolated grounds.This has worked perfectly. Can get a touch warm under full load, but not bad.If you need to isolate a device from common ground, this works great.

L'oggetto corrisponde alla descrizione. L'ho appena montato e misurato con un tester la corrente in entrata e in uscita. La batteria aveva un voltaggio di13,2 volt e in uscita dal convertitore posso regolarla con una vite dai 15,2 volt ai 9 volt. Molto utile se devi fornire ad una strumentazione sempre lo stesso voltaggio.
