Quality is very good. Unfortunately there were three small brackets missing. Reported to the company who replied promptly, resolved, and replace with great speed and excellent customer service throughout. Very sturdy, lovely esthetic looking planters.

A fiddle to put together but looking good

It’s light weight, but for the price, really good buying. The sheets all came with a protective plastic coating, while slightly difficult to remove, the coating ensured the paint was undamaged.

Non l'ho ancora riempito di terreno e devo testarne la resistenza una volta pieno ma è bello e di effetto. Leggermente lungo il montaggio, cosiglio l'uso di un avvitatore (140 viti circa).

Thank you Vidal XL team. This planter is exactly the look I imagined for my garden. There is only one in the picture but I have 2 on either side of the garden shed. They took 1 tonne of soil to fill but the effort was worth it.You wiil also read in other reviews that the screws and nuts are too small for the holes provided in these planters however this is not the case if you pull the metal pieces away from each other to make the holes smaller. Putting these together is fiddly however after putting the first one together, I could easily put the second one together without reading the manual.I did have 2 missing parts and once I contacted the Vidal XL team and advised of this, they promptly sent the missing parts and were very friendly, professional and helpful with this request. Thank you again Vidal XL team.What I learnt was to put the curved ends together first, leaving both the top and bottom screw holes empty. This is so you can marry up the curves with the side pieces. I also learnt to put the side screws in first and tighten with a drill before attaching part C. Tightening all the screws with a drill as you go along ensures putting the sides together less taxing.All in all, a fab product that will last for years. I'm also considering buying another 2 of these planters or the garden and leaving them at half size to make an additional 4 raised garden beds.
