I have the original neckband and I have returned the pro due to poor user experience. You need the cel phone all the time to act as a remote as the thing has no buttons at all. The user interface is cluttered and gimmicky or its plain old android for tablets. The google tv interface of the original neckband is way better. They did fix the heating and fan noise in this iteration, but the user experience is just too bad.

Initially I struggled to see the purpose of the neckband, (so if you purchase one, give yourself a week or two to "get it"), then on a business trip. I discovered its purpose.With it on my neck, I was browsing my Plex library , watching movies, catching up with the news and in android mode, with a Microsoft folding keyboard and mouse, I had a desktop computer. I couldn't stop myself from going "Wow!".This liberates you from your phone, its no longer tethered and if you do not want to use the gesture controls, or the 4 buttons on the neckband (it really does pay to read the manual with the neckband), then your phone is connected via bluetooth and it just works.This really is a paradigm shift in computing, so give yourself time to relearn how you can work, game or consume media in this way.Viture really are on on to something big here, in many ways this is far superior to the Vision Pro or MetaQuest 3, (I own both), the experience isn't quite perfect, but with the software updates its continually getting better. And since having the glasses and neckband I am using them far more than I ever thought I would and far more than my other two headsets.Tip: Make sure you have downloaded the Neckband controller app from the relative App Store.

Makes the viture glasses so much easier to use.
