I love this and the option to choose color. Very sturdy. I got this because I had a double knee replacement, and I need the option to sit or stand The keypad fits my ergonomic keyboard and special roller pad. I got the 36” one I Believe and in the picture you can see it fits my large monitor and laptop comfortably. It is very strong and sturdy, but easy to raise and lower as needed. When you are sitting at your desk and his lowered, the keyboard is not that much higher then is if you were to have it flat on your desk the keyboard holder isn’t that thick which is helpful. The most important thing to know and to love is that there is no drilling screws or clips to hold this in place. It is heavy enough to hold in place, it’s not going anywhere. You could put it on a sturdy glass desk as long as it’s it can handle the weight, and again there is no drilling of holes and screws or clipping. A must have.

My back was killing me! I finally spasmed out while sitting at a desk, training 6 hours/day during remote learning. My doc put me off work and advised I do something about my work environment. I have the best ergonomic chair; it's just that humans were not meant to sit that long. Hence, the standing desk.I looked it up. Expense is expense. Replace the desk, or add to it, same price. Can't pay enough for good health! However, I grabbed the most economical one with good reviews. It came sooner than expected. It said one week, but arrived by weekend. I was able to get it up and running for the workweek. It’s heavy. Due to delivery placement on my porch, I was able to topple it inside to the office. One needs help putting it on the desk. Unboxing was easy. Lift, slide out, adjust on desk. Sigh. Parts to assemble. The footends were easy-peasy, contrary to what another reviewer said. However, believe the reviews of the keyboard attachment. The screws are too short. They just spin around and around; I wish I could show you video. Sigh. I have to make a trip to Home Depot to remedy that, so a star off. It's not as easy as my desk at the office with release handles up and down; this one needs push/pull pressure. With my back killing me at the moment, no bueno. But as my back gets better, it's not a lot of pressure one has to apply. After my Home Depot trip for alternate screws (see pic), I was able to assemble keyboard stand. Now, all is well.Sturdy. It does the trick. Beautifully white matches my office decor. Nice, big, easy.

Prodoluct arrived damaged. The packing materials were lacking and the metal crossbar was bent during shipping. This could easily be avoided by adding support in the packaging to stiffen the box. I set the desk up and it was not tall enough. Even with it all the way up I still had to hunch over to reach the keyboard and type. I'm 6 ft even for reference. Unfortunately I will have to return.

Having previously had a much more expensive adjustable desk in the office, I was skeptical about how this would compare. My immediate thoughts after assembling were very positive, the desk is sturdy and the finish is comparable to the more expensive brand. However, after using the desk I immediately discovered some shortfalls. I am 5' 11" and the desk is not suitable for my height without modification. The keyboard tray height when the desk is raised to its highest position is too low, resulting in a non ergonomic position for the keyboard when standing. I tried removing the keyboard tray and using the top of the desk, however this posed two problems; (1) this position results in standing far too close to the monitor as top is not very deep, and (2) the desk had to be lowered slightly which (due to the mechanism) meant the desk was further away resulting in a standing position very close to the edge of the desk underneath. Some guidance on height suitability should be presented in the item description. I would estimate it is suitable for heights between 5' 5" and 5' 8". If you are shorter then you will find yourself stood too close to the desk underneath, if you are taller you find the keyboard try is too low.The more expensive desk that I used previously raised almost 10cm higher than this one, using a raising mechanism that provided only vertical lift (this one lifts on an arc, so when lifted it comes towards you). So, in conclusion, if you are in the correct (unadvertised) height range for this desk, it is exceptional value for money. I've dropped two stars for (1) height suitability and (2) arc rising mechanism is intrusive.
