Am very impressed by this product. Out of the gate this obviously a slightly awkward one to review, but I shall do my best.Installation was surprisingly easy - it just tees into your normal cistern connection for plumbing, and the mounting bracket gives a good amount of adjustment. Do make sure you get the right size. You will need an electrical socket or wiring point near your loo, please talk to a qualified electrician if you need advice on that.The quality is excellent, with a great range of functions. Each of these is adjustable; e.g there are 5 levels of water pressure and 3 levels of temperature. You can also adjust the position of the nozzle via the controller, so easy for households to change setting to suit individual. It does everything you could possibly want; cleaning, deodorising, drying, heated seat.The controller is clearly labelled and easy to use. It comes with a magnetic mounting bracket that can be fixed to your wall for convenience.Since these are a relatively new thing in the uk it’s worth pointing out that they really do work. You probably still want some loo roll handy, but you’ll use far less. This seat specifically also does a great job of keeping the nozzle clean - it will self clean automatically when it retracts, though you can extend it fully (as in pic) if you want to do a more thorough job. So no hygiene concerns.The quality seems excellent, though obviously I haven’t had it long. It’s made in Korea, home of Samsung, Hyundai, LG etc so you can expect high standards of manufacture. All the instructions and buttons are in clear English. You are also ordering direct from the manufacturer, so expect the best prices and service.Overall great product, highly recommended. A fully functional seat without having to spend a fortune on a new loo.Also please do not judge my bathroom, I am in the process of redecorating!2024: an addition. I had some issues with nozzle alignment. Thought to myself 'oh dear, usual combination of electronics, impossible servicing and warranties'. Nope. VOVO have really comprehensive repair PDFs on their website. Expected an afternoon of attempted fixes, accidental leaks etc, ended up taking 20 mins or so. For safety/liability suggest that any servicing be carried out by a qualified electrician.
