I really wanted to love this and had high hopes for it because it looked so cute in the picture, but as soon as I took it out of the little baggy it was a tangled mess. I spent more than 20 minutes trying to untangle it before getting frustrated and giving it to my husband who spent another 20 minutes before getting it. It looked cute with my outfit and was exactly what I was hoping for, but at the end of the night I realized one of the pearl charms ended up falling off. I hope I just got an unlucky one, but for me the quality wasn't what I had hoped.

Looks like a nice necklace but arrived totally tangled up and I can’t get it untangled

Nothing wrong with the necklace so far its just the packaging it came in, it was in a box in a clear small bag and the necklace was tangled. Thats the only bad thing i can say, other than that its so pretty!
