Prior to purchasing these I used the Spontex Spongyl, but found they would start breaking apart and small pieces of sponge coming away with no real effort. Saw someone mention on the web about these 'Swedish dish cloths' so gave them a try. I bought these and the superscandi 6 pack at the same time as someone complained about them being small I have attached photos for the size comparison of the superscandi and spontex, and for those who want something bigger the wettex which are much larger as you can see but too large for me so will probably be cutting down by half. They have a bit of grip so great for washing plates, cutlery, bowls, worktops and working great on the induction hob glass top. I'll report back if they don't last
