Well it took a long time to arrive from America, and when it did the stainless steel tube had finger-marks all over it. But I was going to give it a good wash anyway. While doing this I noticed the stainless steel was well formed, the small welds were prefect and the overall quality was excellent. Intuitive to use, it made short work of 600g of minced beef and after 3 hours in the dehydrator it's looking very good. My diet is carnivore so I am going to be making a lot of use of this. I'm glad I paid a little more and waited for delivery, I do feel that the quality is better than I would have expected from the usual cheap Chinese fair.

This product is very handy, easy to clean, and get the job done. Comes with cleaning brushes of all sizes to ensure each piece gets the proper cleaning. Would definitely recommend purchasing if you make jerky as much as we do!
