Facile a utiliser. Peut insérer des bonbons à l'intérieur. Se lave et s'essuie très bien. Ne prend pas beaucoup de place pour le ranger. Peut l'utiliser souvent.

I haven't used this one yet but Wilton molds are great. This one makes 3 of these at one time in the mold. Since you can make 3 at a time it won't take so long as if you could only make one at a time.I gave it 4 stars only because I haven't tried it yet and don't know how easily they will come out.

Dessert Shell - ONE starSquare Cups - THREE starsAll others - FIVE starsDessert Shells (1 star)I purchased 4 dessert shell molds to go along with one I'd had for several years but hadn't ever used. The difference in quality is very subtle when you just look at the the old vs new molds, but it made a HUGE difference in ease of use. These molds are two sheets of plastic that snap together. You're supposed to freeze the molds right before you try to pop the chocolates out, and the newer molds are so difficult to unsnap that the plastic ends up cracking when you try to pull the two pieces apart! Every single one of my 4 new molds cracked when I tried getting the chocolates out, no matter how careful I was. However, when I tried getting the chocolates out of the old mold, the snaps came apart very easily and the plastic was slightly thicker. The old mold did not crack until my 5th use (after I gave up on all the new ones). The chocolate shells also had a tendency to break because of all the effort required to get them off the molds. I intend to return most of these because the quality is just horrible.Square Cups (3 stars)I ordered several square cups, but I have not had the chance to use them. Comparing these molds to the dessert shells, the plastic sheets have the same problems (snaps that don't want to unsnap, thin plastic that will probably crack after freezing) but I believe the shape of the square cups will make these molds much easier to use. The square cups are much smaller (6 per mold, as opposed to 3 for the dessert shells) so there will be less twisting and pushing to try to get the pieces off of the mold. Less effort to get the chocolates off the mold will result in fewer cracked molds and fewer broken chocolates. As for the snaps that don't want to unsnap, I'm not even going to waste my time with them like I did with the dessert shells. I'm going to cut off the snap on the bottom sheet so that the top piece just goes down into a hole. This might make it a little harder to maneuver the sheets before the chocolate sets, but it will make it much easier to pull the sheets apart afterwards, which will make the molds less likely to crack while pulling them apart. All Other Molds (5 stars)All the other molds listed on this page are single-sheet molds, so they won't have the problems that the dessert shells and the square cups have. In my experience, single-sheet molds are very easy to use. After refrigerating and then freezing the chocolates in the mold, flip over the mold, give it a very slight twist, then poke at all the chocolates that didn't fall out immediately. Very easy to use.
