I can only share what other people wrote. This is NOT a 4 season sleeping bag I trusted the recommendations but this sleeping bag is rather thin and I found my baby crying and very cold in this at night, so she consequently was sick for a few days! I feel really disappointed, definitely not worth the price!

I remember thinking these things were crazy expensive and the recommendation was one I disregarded. But I calculated the cost to buy a cheaper one and then to have to replace it when baby gets bigger, and the price came out to be about the same. Plus, the wool is better because if your baby drools, they stay warm. And there's no fear of zippers breaking like the Halos. We now have three: one for daycare, one for the crib, and one for Grandmas because we learned quickly she wouldn't nap at Grandmas without it. We no longer have to worry about her being cold at night and she now associates it with sleeping which is helpful. I wish it dried faster though. We wash them on the weekends one at a time so we have a back-up while the other is drying. Also, we prefer the white colored ones because our baby wears a sleep monitor with a flashing light. We can't see the light on the blue one, which isn't a big deal since the thing buzzes and then beeps in an emergency anyway, and daycare has a caretaker in the nap room. If you're wondering what the opening in front and back is for, it is so you can strap in your baby to the car seat or whatever without taking it off. Not needed yet, but maybe handy in the future.

Although it is expensive, this product is well worth it esspecially considering the age range (2-24mo). I delayed purchasing and accumulated 4-5 other sleep sacks in various sizes/TOGs, but they all had very specific uses whereas this is simply the EVERY DAY use sack. I wish I saved myself some $ and just got this from the start! It's super well made, soft fabric, and my little one stays the perfect temperature in it. Highly recommend!

Figuring out what to put our baby in to sleep was a nightly debate. Too cold, too hot, etc. This sleep bag has been wonderful. We've rarely had her wake up to hot or cold using this and various cotton pjs beneath. The quality is good too. So far the bag looks as good as new. The shoulder and underarm snaps work really well, and it's nice that you don't have to fit baby's arms into sleeves/arm holes. Zipper has been holding up well, and similarly, it opens very wide, which makes getting baby in and out easy.
