De set heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor het monteren en boren. Het materiaal is erg stevig en voelt professioneel aan. Gebruik hem niet dagelijks maar wel wekelijks. Voor is nog steeds scherp.

The jig is fine. It feels just like the more expensive ones.However the drill bit is having some troubles, especially with harder types or wood or harder part of the wood. You really have to push it in there.Also the cuts don't seem to be that clean. I have to do a lot of cleaning and filing.I haven't used the screws because I don't feel like buying screws with the square head. I just got a long torx bitset and am using standard torx screws with them. Works fine.For basic use okay, but if you really are going to make a lot of hole I'd suggest you get the more expensive version for a bit more.

I am amazed, this set is qualitatively better than Kreg 320 but halve the price, I recommend this set over other brands including Kreg.

Vorige week ontvangen en ondertussen al enkele tientallen pocktholes (douglas hout 22 mm) geboord zonder enig probleem. Zorg wel dat je (ergens) extra pockethole schroeven koopt. Er zijn er bijgeleverd maar daar ben je zo doorheen. Gebruik geen spaanplaat schroeven etc maar echt pockethole schroeven.Verder is de bijgeleverde boor goed scherp en past deze ook precies in de mal.

Everything is there for the job - if it doesn't work as intended, don't blame the kit, watch the video website again.It's not professional grade, but it's well made enough for you to be able to drill those pockets and feel like a professional.

Great starter kit. I have a similar Kreg jig and I would have to say that the Kreg is more versatile and I prefer the way the material thickness selector works, but this one works pretty well too and for the price it's worth it. If you're going to do a lot of joints with 1.5" material you may want another jig as this one will require you to move the jig between holes (assuming you're using a pair of screws at the joint).This design allows you to easily move your jig around on your workpiece (as opposed to a jig where you move the workpiece to the jig that's on a bench). The construction is very solid and I think this will be a long lasting tool. Be sure to order some additional screws- you won't get too far with the ones in this kit. I used this tool to build an island (with two shelves) and a couple other things that used up around 100 screws.

Se trata de un kit bastante completo que trae lo necesario para hacer los llamados "pocket holes":* Una guía doble para hacer los pocket holes. Es sencilla, mayormente de plástico pero se ve robusta y está bien pensada. Abajo Tiene un tope regulable según el grosor del tablero a utilizar. El mismo tope también sirve para saber dónde tienes que colocar el anillo a la broca. La guía queda bien fijada con un sólo sargento y no se mueve al hacer el agujero.* Una broca escalonada con su anillo (y llave allen para fijarlo) para limitar la profundidad del agujero. Parece de buena calidad. Tenía un poco de miedo ya que en productos similares alguna gente se queja de que este tipo de brocas se les rompe con facilidad. En mi caso, tras varios agujeros no tiene signos de daño o desgaste. Simplemente hay que tener cuidado, sobre todo trabajando con maderas duras, y no forzar la broca ya que la punta es bastante fina. Creo que también ayuda no clavar la broca en la madera antes de iniciar el agujero, ya que en el arranque es más fácil que se rompa esta punta. Evitar usar taladros que tengan el eje descentrado.* Una punta para destornillador larga y unos 100 tornillos de diferentes medidas. Son de cabeza cuadrada, los cuales tienen sus ventajas pero creo que no son muy comunes por aquí. Puede ser un inconveniente en algún momento si te pilla sin puntas de este tipo.* Embellecedores para los agujeros. Son de plástico, no son la opción más estética pero cumplen. En mi opinión creo que son mejor opción los de madera para poder dejarlos a ras.En definitiva creo que es un buen kit para para hacer este tipo de uniones para bricolaje casero y de forma ocasional. Tiene una relación calidad precio razonable. Para los que lo necesiten para un uso más intensivo supongo que será más recomendable un Kreg.
