I have bought Yale replacement handles before, with no problems. These, however, are not the same. They feel cheap and the operation buttons do not offer any satisfactory feel. Previous models clicked re-assuringly and opened easily. I will be looking for alternatives and removing the four I have already installed. No thanks Yale!I seems Yale have saved some money by reducing quality. They have also lost the trust of this customer. Poor, poor product.David.

Started installing these and fortunately I needed to trim the metal bar which delayed installation. After testing testing the door handle to see how it unlocks I discovered it doesn’t.Doesn’t appear to be genuine Yale products.Easy returned via Amazon.

This breaks, I had them installed for about 4 weeks and I heard a snap when closing, it wouldn't open again, like previous reviews there is a piece of plastic that breaks or gets dislodged preventing the button from pressing down again, resulting in the window remaining locked.....fire hazard anyone???? There is a video on YT about how to use a small piece of metal to unlock it, which worked for me, it rendered the button press useless, which may be a risk if installed in an area where you want it to be harder to open (child bedroom)

Habe den Griff an einem Fenster eingesetzt, das nicht oft genützt wird, aber trotzdem gesichert sein soll. Daher sicher ausreichend.
