Great quality Yoki product, clean grains, no waste whatsoever.I wash the grains and let those in a bowl with clean water overnight.As I don't have a pressure cook, I have the canjica grains cooking in low heat in a large pasta pot, stirring from time to time with a wooden spoon. It took about 4 hours to reach the tenderness I like, then I added shredded unsweetened coconut and spices (cloves and cinnamon).At this point you can add other ingredients of your liking, as condensed milk, roasted ground peanuts, (or peanut butter) milk, sugar or honey.To me, I just transfer everything to a big bowl andeat small portions in a small bowl with a little almond milk and honey.This is the most comfort food I can have to connect to my childhood.
