It's a very small pot but it's neither a miniature nor a toy.It's nice clay, unglazed, with lovely presentation. Item arrived very quickly and in perfect condition.Please boil water and keep it submerged for a few minutes and be careful removing it from the water and draining (the very hot water). The pot stays hot. I chose a Portuguese Black Orange Pekoe from the Azores as my tea of choice for this lovely teapot, and drained the first rinse.Usually I make extremely concentrated tea so it's going to be interesting to see how the tea and the teapot evolve over time.

I love how easy it is to pour and it’s great for a single brew. I used 2 grams of Dragonwell with 7 oz of water and it fit perfectly. I’m very happy with this adorable teapot.
