This sweetener works very well for baked goods. No weird taste or aftertaste etc like you have with other sweeteners. I really love how it tastes. Better than sugar, and with no calories, without the adverse health effects of processed sugar, and its not going to screw up your teeth. But you must experiment to find the right amount of sweetener for your recipes.

Major side effect that makes it unusable, and I noticed it pretty immediately and repeteadly. This thing messes up with my guts, causing diarrhea, bloating and indigestion with a single use. I tried a few times with very low doses too, in parallel with other sweeteners but this is the only one that kept giving me problems. Went straight to the bin after 2 weeks of trials! proof that "natural" doesn't mean "better", synthetic aspartame and acesulfame is far better and gives zero side effects.

For me this is the perfect sugar replacement. I am using it everywhere, enjoying sweet bakes and tea with no kcal

I have used this for years now, according to Amazon I have ordered it more than 9 times so it says something. It is the best tasting sweetener and the ratio is perfect. If you miss the sugar taste but want something that is much more healthier just go for it. Keep in mind that it usually takes couple tries to get used to the sweetener but you will definitely not regret buying this one.

L'ho acquistato più volte, mi trovo molto bene il prodotto direi che è praticamente privo di retrogusto nella maggior parte dei miei utilizzi (Dolci Confetture Marmellate Yoghurt) . Nelle bevande, se sono fredde si comporta come nei dolci, se sono calde introduce un leggero sapore amarognolo di liquerizia che a mio avviso non disturba (questa è una valutazione personale) ma per chi ha problemi con calorie e con la glicemia mi sembra un ottima soluzione.

Não sei se de facto o factor é 8:1 - talvez seja mais próximo de 4:1, mas o tem uma qualidade excelente. Da primeira vez que encomendei estava um pouco reticente, mas fiquei tão satisfeito que já encomendei 3 ou 4 vezes, e irei continuar a encomendar. Recomendo.
