PTZ Camera 4D Joystick. Work great.

The controller looks solid and has a nice design, but unfortunately the performance is a major letdown. The joystick is extremely imprecise, movements are jerky and completely unusable for any kind of live operation.To be clear: I tested it with three different Zowietek PTZ cameras that work perfectly with other PTZ controllers. This proves the issue is entirely with the Zowietek controller itself, not the cameras or setup.Even after updating the firmware, nothing improved. Live movement is so rough it feels more like fighting the controller than using it. It might handle basic positioning off-air, but for any real-time use, it’s a no-go.Also, it’s missing a dedicated manual zoom button, which is odd for a product in this category.Sadly, despite the good build and quick delivery, I cannot recommend this product until serious improvements are made.

I found it impossible to get the unit to recognise, let alone connect to, the IP cameras on my LAN.Included manual is basic, to say the least, so no help there.Tried on the manufacturer's site for help, too, but that was no use either.So, OK, admitting defeat, I sent an email to manufacturer's TS email address.Did eventually get some replies, from various folk, mentioning all manner of irrelevant things, but nothing that came close to identifying, let alone fixing, my connectivity problems.If you buy one, and it works for you, then you're all set.However, if you buy one, and it doesn't work for you, don't expect any meaningful help from the manufacturer.I sent mine back for refund and purchased an alternative - Tenveo PTZ Camera Controller 4D Joystick PoE IP Keyboard Controller - which pretty much set itself up.

初めて使ってみた感想です。まだ使い始めたばかりです。カメラをサーチしたら直ぐに設置しているカメラが出てきました。カメラ映像がコントローラー部に映し出されていてジョイスティックでの操作は直感的に分かるので楽しくなりました。安定性などはまだわかりませんが、使いやすさは良いと思いました。
